Certified Expertise
Approximately 80% of NewComm’s current employees hold credentials through the EXFO-Certified Contractor Program or the Fiber Optic Association’s Certified Fiber Optic Technician (CFOT) program. Specialized work is assigned only to personnel who hold the certifications and qualifications required for that activity, while NewComm continues working toward company-wide certification.
